As a machine manufacturing company, the machines we produce are often customized and built to order. Once production has begun on a machine, it cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, all sales are final.

We understand that in rare cases, there may be issues with the products we deliver. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to address the issue.

In the event that we determine that a product is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
